Objective of the course
The goal of this course is to lead participants to: Understand and
apply gender segregated roles, principles and skills that are
required in empowering men, women, and youth developing and running
organizations that are gender sensitive, youth friendly and
sustainable in their long-term development to maintain a competitive
advantage.
