The Rev. Dr. Zablon B. Mutongu holds a PhD in Organization Development and a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Transformation (DODT) from Cebu Doctors' University, Philippines; A Graduate Diploma in Community Development & Organization Management, from Coady International Institute, St. Francis Xavier University, Canada; A Masters Degree in Theology (MTh.) from Aberdeen University, Scotland; A Bachelor of Divinity Degree (BD) from St. University, Kenya; A Diploma in Theology; and A Certificate in Agriculture from Bukura Agricultural College, Kenya. He also holds several certified training Certificates in Leadership, Management, Pension Fund Management, Training of Trainers, Mentorship and Coaching, Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, Monitoring and Evaluation, International Labour Organization (ILO) Certification, and Many others.
Dr. Zablon Mutongu has worked in different fields including Agriculture, High School Technical Teacher, Church Ministry, Middle Level Training Institutions, Higher Level Education Colleges, culminating to being a University Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Head of Department, Director of University Enterprise Unit and finally becoming the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Finance & Administration. This has given him invariable experiences. He also enjoys an international exposure having been a regional and international Board Member in various organizations.
